Donation on World Menstrual Hygiene Day is a community outreach initiative organized by Otoo Foundation to support adolescent girls in underserved coastal schools by promoting menstrual health awareness and dignity.

As part of this campaign, Otoo Foundation distributed sanitary pads to girls in selected coastal communities and provided education on menstrual hygiene, proper sanitary practices, and reproductive health. The initiative aimed to reduce stigma, improve school attendance, and empower young girls with the knowledge and confidence to manage their menstrual health safely and with dignity.
